What Information We Collect

Xactus may collect Personally-Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Users. PII may be collected in a variety of ways, such as when Users visits or registers on our Site, places an Order, fills out a form or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect PII from Users only if they voluntarily submit it. We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order to provide service to that order. We may share this information with outside parties to the extent necessary to provide the service. Xactus may use a consumer’s personal information to enhance user experience or contact the consumer about that consumer’s consumer report, including possible disputes or inquiries.

The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
